You know, mostly I just wanted to switch out my journal entry...  But I also have some stuff to say! OK.  First thing's first:  I'm proud to announce that I managed to win my first-ever DA contest over at ~mizzd-stock (https://www.deviantart.com/mizzd-stock) with this piece: :thumb129646011:. I honestly think that anyone reading this should check out the other entries she received, though, because they were amazing! You see, a couple months ago I learned about stock artists on DA, and I think the discovery has completely changed my art habits.  To have references that I don't have to feel bad about using is invaluable, and there are some truly talented stock artists on this
